REFUNDS POLICY

At Best Bred Jack Russell, we take pride in raising and providing healthy, well-bred Jack Russell Terriers. We want every new owner to feel confident and secure when purchasing a puppy from us. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds or replacements may be provided.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:

  1. Health Guarantee

    • If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses your puppy with a serious, life-threatening health condition (present at the time of sale) within the first 72 hours of arrival, you may return the puppy for a full refund or exchange (as per our Health Guarantee terms).

    • Documentation from a licensed veterinarian must be provided.

  2. Genetic Conditions

    • If within 12 months a life-threatening genetic or congenital disorder is diagnosed that significantly affects the puppy’s quality of life, we will offer either a replacement puppy of equal value or a partial refund (case by case).

  3. Shipping-Related Issues

    • If a puppy is injured or deceased due to a verified shipping issue caused by our transport partner, a full refund or replacement will be offered.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The buyer changes their mind or can no longer care for the puppy.

  • The puppy develops minor, treatable conditions (such as worms, fleas, ear mites, or diarrhea), as these are common and manageable.

  • Illness or injury occurs due to negligence, accidents, improper care, or failure to follow veterinary advice.

  • The buyer fails to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within the first 72 hours of arrival.

Deposits & Payments

  • All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future litter if requested before the puppy is 6 weeks old.

  • Final payment is due before the puppy is shipped or collected.

Process for Refunds

  • Notify us immediately if a health issue arises within the guarantee period.

  • Provide written veterinary reports and test results confirming the diagnosis.

  • Once verified, we will arrange either:

    • A refund (original payment method where possible), or

    • A replacement puppy from the next available litter.
